Member FAQ
Good to know
What are my member benefits?
For one year from approval you get 40% off all team gear, 25% off all BASE supplements and free shipping. Your three codes are in the Your codes section above.
What if I need to change a size after ordering my BASE Box?
Please take your time and double-check your order. If you must change something, email [email protected] with your order number and what needs to change — we'll do our best.
Can I return BASE Box items?
Sorry, no. Team items are sold at cost and 100% custom, so we can't accept returns.
Can I order extra team gear?
Yes — place a separate order for additional items like extra kits, hats or t-shirts.
Where can I get logos for my blog, kit or social posts?
Download the BASE logo kit from the brand assets page, or ask us at [email protected].
