Like any family, we have a little of everything — first-timers and Kona qualifiers, the fast ones and the ones who just love being out there. What we share is the belief that we are stronger together.
Team isn't just an idea, it's a feeling: knowing someone is there to pick you up, who understands where you are without needing an explanation. No judgement, no expectations — just passion for the sport and excitement for the next start line.

Our season kicks off in Clermont, FL with a social camp — pool sessions, group rides and team dinners.
Private team group
The BASE Performance Team Facebook group is where race plans, PRs, questions and shout-outs happen every day.
Race-day meet-ups
Find teammates at races across the country with the Race with BASE roster — then meet up at the finish.
Giving back on course
Members help at expos and race days and hand out BASE Salt on IRONMAN courses — it's one of the best ways to meet the family.

Where friendships start
Every year begins with BASE Camp in Clermont, Florida. It's more social than serious — swim, ride and run together by day, share team dinners by night, and leave with friends you'll look for at every race all season.
